【摘要】 目的通过测定不同年龄阶段实验恒河猴的免疫球蛋白IgGI、gMI、gA和补体C3、C4在血清中的含量,建立部分免疫学正常参考值,并进行年龄组间的比较分析。方法人工饲养健康恒河猴分三个年龄组,每组20只,共60只,经后肢静脉采血,制备血清,检测IgGI、gMI、gA、C3和C4。结果青年组、成年组和老年组免疫球蛋白IgG测定结果分别为9.12±1.89 g/L1、2.36±1.57 g/L和13.10±1.82 g/L,IgM分别为1.01±0.24 g/L、1.46±0.44 g/L和1.25±0.34 g/L,IgA分别为0.26±0.10 g/L、0.39±0.12 g/L和0.34±0.10 g/L,C3分别为1.20±0.21 g/L0、.84±0.10 g/L和0.83±0.27 g/L,C4分别为0.22±0.05 g/L、0.17±0.03 g/L和0.16±0.06 g/L。结论青年组IgGI、gM和IgA含量极显著低于成年组和老年组(P<0.01),而青年组补体C3、C4含量极显著高于成年组和老年组(P<0.01),且各项测定结果在人类正常参考值范围内,IgGI、gM和IgA随年龄的变化情况与人类极为相似。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To measure and analyse the immunoglobulin IgG,IgM,IgA,and complement 3（C₃）,complement 4（C₄） in normal rhesus monkeys,and to compare these values among young,adult and aged monkeys.Methods Total 60 serum samples from three groups were measured.Results The normal range of IgG in young,adult and aged group receptively were 9.12 ± 1.89 g/L,12.36 ± 1.57 g/L and 13.10 ± 1.82 g/L;1.01 ± 0.24 g/L,1.46 ± 0.44 g/L and 1.25 ± 0.34 g/L for IgM;0.26 ± 0.10 g/L,0.39 ± 0.12 g/L and 0.34 ± 0.10 g/L for IgA;1.20 ± 0.21 g/L,0.84 ± 0.10 g/L and 0.83 ± 0.27 g/L for C₃;0.22 ± 0.05 g/L,0.17 ± 0.03 g/L and 0.16 ± 0.06 g/L for C₄.Conclusions The contents of immunoglobulin IgG,IgM,and IgA in young rhesus monkeys were significant lower（P < 0.01） than in adult and aged ones,while C₃,C₄ in young monkeys were much higher（P < 0.01） than in adult and ages.All the values and changes comply with and similar to human’s.更多还原
