引风机出口F型三通性能优化

【摘要】 F型三通的性能对泵与风机的管网系统性能影响很大,甚至会决定管网系统的综合性能。结合理论计算和实际应用,对F型三通的性能进行了具体分析,探讨了F型三通的主要影响因素,并提出合理的优化方案,如在F型三通的气流汇合处安装各种型式的导流板等。通过这些优化措施在发电厂的应用和测试,验证了F型三通优化后的良好效果,并能合理地估算三通的优化性能。

【Abstract】 F-type three-way pipes have great effect on the performance of pipe-net system, even determine the comprehensive performance of such system in some cases. Based on the theoretical computation and practical application, performance and main influencing factors of F-type three-way pipes were discussed. In addition, the reasonable optimization solutions were proposed such as installing all kinds of flexural deflectors at the confluence of F-type three-way pipes etc. The application and test results show that the performance of three-way pipes and pipe-net in power plant has been improved and can be estimated rationally.
