汽轮发电机组动平衡过程中异常现象分析
Analysis of abnormal phenomena during the balance process of turbo-generator unit
【摘要】 介绍了现场振动治理中2起难以用常规谐分量法分析的异常现象,建立基于传递矩阵的转子-轴承座不平衡响应模型,对异常现象的原因进行分析。结果表明:转子支撑系统的刚度不对称对不平衡响应影响很大,无论对称还是反对称不平衡量都会同时激发出一阶分量和二阶分量,实际工作中判断不平衡位置、选择加重形式和重量时必须考虑其影响。
【Abstract】 Two abnormal vibration phenomena that are hard to be handled by conventional harmonic distribution balance method were introduced and the rotor-bearing unbalance response model based on transfer matrix method was set up in this paper.The results show that the rigidity asymmetry of rotor supporting system affects the unbalance response greatly.In this case,both 1st and 2nd component can be excited by the symmetric and anti-symmetric unbalance distribution.The influences must be considered during the practical balance process,such as the unbalance position determination and balance mode selection.
