【摘要】 分析了台风、森林火灾、雷电、环境污染4种自然外力对电网的破坏特点,针对泉州电网所处自然环境、目前电网技术状况等因素,结合调度运行经验,建立电网自然外力破坏调度辅助决策系统,提出把自然外部因素纳入分析型调度体系、灾害来临前做好有针对性预防措施、建立应急机制、调整运行方式、因地制宜规划设计电网、把信息经验与电网管理全过程相结合等应对措施,并提出一些管理设想。更多还原

【Abstract】 The characteristics of damage to power network from 4 kinds of natural outside force,such as typhoon,forest fire,lightning and environmental pollution,were analyzed.According to the factors of located natural environment for Quanzhou Power Network and the present technical condition of power network,combined with dispatching and operating experiences,the dispatching supplementary decision system of damage from natural outside force were established,which put forward the countermeasures and some management suggestions,such as analysis dispatching system considering the natural outside factors,precautionary measures made before coming of calamity,establishing emergency mechanism,adjusting operation mode,planning power network according to local conditions,combination of information experience with power network management in whole course etc..更多还原
