【摘要】 目的总结炎性乳腺癌的声像图特征,提高术前诊断准确性。方法通过对临床病理证实的4例炎性乳腺癌的声像图进行回顾性分析,总结出其声像图特征。结果炎性乳腺癌的声像图表现为:乳腺实质结构紊乱,血流丰富;乳腺皮肤增厚,尤其是皮下脂肪层内淋巴管扩张而形成卵石状征象,具有特征性。结论根据声像图特征,再结合临床表现,炎性乳腺癌术前能够得到正确诊断。超声检查应作为炎性乳腺癌的首选影像学检查方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To summarize the ultrasonic image characteristics of inflammatory breast cancer (IBC) and to improve the preoperative diagnostic accuracy.Methods The sonograms of 4 cases with IBC proved by clinical and pathologiy were analysed and the image characteristics were summerized.Results The ultrasonic characteristics of IBC were as follows:The structures of mammary parenchyma were chaotic,abundant blood flow,pachyderma and especially lymphangioectasia in subcutaneous adiposis(pebble sign).Conclusions IBC can be diagnosed according to ultrasonic image characteristics and combined with clinical manifestation.Ultrasonography should be the first modelity for IBC diagnosis.更多还原
