定量组织速度成像评价阿霉素致兔早期心脏毒性左心室舒张功能的研究
Quantitative Tissue Velocity Imaging Assessment of Left Ventricular Diastolic Function in Rabbits with Early Adriamycin-induced Myocardial Damage
【摘要】 目的探讨定量组织速度成像(QTVI)技术评价阿霉素早期心脏毒性左室心肌舒张功能的价值。方法42只兔分成4组:B组10只,每周静脉注射阿霉素2mg/kg,注射2周;C组10只,同样方法给予阿霉素4周;D组12只同样方法给予阿霉素8周;A组(对照组)10只,注射同等剂量生理盐水8周。12周后对4组兔心脏进行常规超声测量及QTVI参数测定,包括:二尖瓣环舒张期峰值速度(Ve)、E/Ve等。结果C组和D组二尖瓣环平均Ve明显减低(P<0.01),E/Ve明显增高(P<0.01)。常规超声参数D组与A组比较有明显差别(P<0.01)。D组各参数与C组比较有明显差别(P<0.05或P<0.01)。病理结果从B组到D组的心肌损害程度逐渐加重。结论定量组织速度成像技术可无创有效地评价阿霉素早期心脏毒性左室心肌舒张功能的变化。
【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the experimental value of quantitative tissue velocity imaging (QTVI) in early assessment of left ventricular diastolic function in rabbits with adriamycin-induced myocardial damage.Methods Fourty-two rabbits were divided into four groups(10、10、10 and 12 rabbits in groups A,B,C and D respectively).Groups B,C and D were given 2 mg/kg body wt.of adriamycin intravenously once a week for 2,4 and 8 weeks.Ten control rabbits(group A)received 2 ml/kg body wt.of normal saline once a week for 8 weeks.After 12 weeks,peak diastolic velocity(Ve) and E/Ve at the mitral annulus were measured by QTVI and conventional echographic parameters were also obtained.Results Mean Ve was significantly lower in C and D groups than those in the control group(P<0.01).E/Ve was significantly higher in C and D groups vs those of the control group (P<0.01).The conventional echocardiographic parameters of group D were significantly different from those in group A(P<0.01).The parameters of the group D were significantly different from those in group C(P<0.05,P<0.01).The pathological examination demonstrated that the damage severity was progressively increased from groups B,C to D.Conclusions QTVI is a noninvasive and valuable method for assessing the changes of left ventricular diastolic function in rabbits with early adriamycin-induced myocardial damage.
