【摘要】 目的探讨腔内彩色血管能量成像(CPA)及其定量指标彩色血管平均密度(MCVD)对直肠癌分期的诊断价值。方法应用CPA术前检测65例直肠癌,评定血管分型,计算肿瘤的MCVD,采用TNM分期标准对直肠癌进行分期,将CPA各型、MCVD与TNM分期比较。结果、期和、期直肠癌血管分型比较差异有显著性(P<0.01),MCVD与直肠癌TNM分期呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论CPA能敏感地显示各期直肠癌的血管分布,MCVD可作为直肠癌术前诊断和预后评价的指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the diagnostic value of the quantitative analysis of tumor mean color vessel density(MCVD)via transrectal color power angiography(CPA) for TNM stage in rectal cancer.Methods CPA was performed in 65 patients with rectal cancer before operation.Vessel patterns were classified and mean color vascular density(MCVD)on CPA were calculated.According to the TNM standard established on UICC in 1997,65 cases were staged after operation.CPA patterns and MCVD were contrasted with TNM stages.Results There was significant difference of the vascular patterns in stage Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ,Ⅳ(P<0.01).There was positive correlation between TNM stages and MVCD(P<0.01).Conclusions CPA can sensitively display the vascular distribution in rectal cancer of different stages.MCVD is an important index for preoperative diagnosis and evaluating prognosis of rectal cancer.更多还原
