【摘要】 目的探讨口服二甲基硅油对胃平滑肌瘤的超声诊断价值。方法在空腹状态下,口服二甲基硅油20ml,15min后饮水300~400ml,待3~5min施行超声检查,观察胃肿瘤形态、部位、大小及回声特征,随后将服药及未服药超声判断结果,分别与胃镜取活体组织或术后病理检查结果进行对照分析。结果126例胃肿瘤经病理诊断,110例为胃平滑肌瘤,占87.3%(110/126),其中口服二甲基硅油超声检出率为91.8%(101/110),未服药超声检出率78.2%(86/110)。结论对胃平滑肌瘤经服二甲基硅油后,再行超声检查,能明显地提高胃肿瘤的检出率,且方法简便、迅速、无痛、无创,值得推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the ultrasound diagnostic value of oral dimethyl silicon oil(DSO) for gastric Liomyoma.Methods Patients took 20 ml of DSO,then 300-400 ml of water 15 minutes later in the fast state.Ultrasound was examined before and after oral DSO administration.The morphology,position,size and echoic characteristics were observed on sonography.The results were compared with the gastroscopic biopsy pathology.Results Totally 110 cases with liomyoma were diagnosed on ultrasound in 126 gastric tumors,87.3%(110/126).The gastric liomyoma detection rate was 91.8%(101/110) in the DSO group,vs 78.2%(86/110)in the non-DSO group.Conclusions Oral DSO increased the sonographic detection rate of liomyoma in our thudy.The procedure is simple,convenient and noninvasive.It is worthy for wildly clinical application.更多还原
