【摘要】 目的探讨口服葡萄糖溶液和脂肪餐试验对胆总管结石的超声诊断价值。方法对362例胆总管结石的患者,先行一般(未服糖及脂餐)检查再行服糖和服脂餐检查,并将超声检查结果与手术病理进行对照,回顾性分析声像图特征,评估其诊断效果。结果362例胆总管结石,未服糖及脂餐组检出率为87.57%(317/362),服糖组检出率为95.02%(344/362),而服脂餐组检出率为97.79%(354/362)。全部病例均经手术病理证实。结论口服葡萄糖溶液和脂肪餐试验,能明显提高超声检查胆总管结石的显示率,可为治疗提供重要信息。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the ultrasound diagnostic value of oral glucose solution(OGS)and fatty meal tests(FMT) in the gallstones of common bile duct.Methods A total of 362 patients with gall-stones were examined with ultrasound before and after O GS and FMT.The results were compared and analysed with postoperative pathological correlation.Results The correlated diagnostic rate on ultrasound of OGS was 95.02%(344/362)while the diagnostic rate of FMT was 97.79%(344/362).All cases were proved with pathology.Conclusions OGS and FMT on ultrasound can markedly improve the display of the common bile duct gall-stones,so as to provide important information for treatment.更多还原
