【摘要】 目的对广州市2003、2004年卫生资源配置现状进行分析,找出存在的问题,为进一步优化卫生资源配置提供依据。方法对反映广州市卫生人力、费用、设施、装备等资源的多项指标进行描述性分析。结果2004年广州市卫生机构总数为2443所,其中诊所及门诊部比2003年增加107所,综合医院增加3所。每千人口床位数为6.99张,每千人口卫生技术人员数为9.34人,每千人口执业(助理)医师数为3.78人,每千人口注册护士数为3.33人,高于区域卫生规划的目标。大型医疗设备每万人口3.34台,卫生事业财政拨款中医疗占71.6%,防治防疫占9.8%,妇幼保健占0.9%。结论以社区和综合医院为主的两级卫生服务体系尚不明显,卫生资源总量丰富,但各区之间分布不均,卫生事业投入经费少,且经费分布的结构不合理。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To analysis the present situation of Guangzhou health resources allocation.This study would provide the scientific basis on which some measures could be set to optimized health resources allocation.METHOD To descriptive analysis the collected data.All data were processed using the SPSS software package(version 11.0).RESULTS In 2004 Guangzhou health organization total 2 443,in which clinic and the outpatient clinic increased 107 compared to 2003,the general hospital increased 3.Every thousand population bed several 6.99,every thousand population health technical personnel several9.34,every thousand population disciple of a master(assistant) ?doctor several 3.78,every thousand population registration nurse several 3.33,is higherthan the region health plan the goal.CONCLUSIONS It was not obvious to construct two level of health service system.The hygienic resources total quantity was rich,but between various areas distributed unevenly,the public health invested the funds to be few,also the funds distribution structure was unreasonable.更多还原
