【摘要】 目的了解石家庄市长安区居民卫生服务需求情况。方法采用多阶段分层整群抽样方法入户调查。结果居民两周患病率为131.07‰,慢性病患病率为265.54‰,老年人比例最高。结论医疗卫生服务需要和需求较高的人群是老年人;慢性非传染性疾病呈上升趋势,需要大力加强慢性病预防与控制工作。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To identify the urban residents’demands for health services in the District of Changan. METHODS An investigation was made by cluster and str atified sampling method. RESULTS The residents’prevalence rate for two weeks wa s 131 .07‰,the chronic illness prevalence was 265.54‰,and the old people was t he best. CONCLUSION we analysis and consider that old people has the higher requ irement to medical health. The prevalence of chronic non-communicable diseases w ere increased.We must enhance the prevention and control of chronic disease.更多还原
