【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To conclude the curative effect of the tibias plateau by surgery. METHORDS To perform open reduction and internal fixation of the tibias plateau for 108 cases,and all graft implantation for defective fractures. RESLUTS 108 cases were followed up ranging from 2~36 mouths. The excellent and good rate was 85.19%. CONCLUSTION It is optimal open reduction and internal fixation for fracture of tibias of plateau,and all graft implantation for defective fractures.更多还原
