【摘要】 目的为了加强我国控烟能力建设,2002年我区参加了WHO/中国(深圳)控烟能力建设社区、学校子项目。在社区子项目中,我们选择了东门街道办事处5个社区居委会作为试点。方法经过1年多的项目工作,我们通过加强领导,争取政策支持,强化制度建设,建立控烟工作网络,大力开展健康教育,抓重点、寻找突破口,充分发挥社区作用和发动家庭、学校及社会等各方共同参与和配合,工作取得了一定的成绩。结果项目人群吸烟危害健康知识知晓率从原来的96.7%上升为97.1%;被动吸烟危害健康的知晓率从原来的96.4%上升为97.5%;社区居民的吸烟率从原来的28.4%下降到23.2%。烟民偿试戒烟率从原来的57.0%提高到73.7%,并有18人成功戒除了烟瘾。项目工作取得了预期效果。结论加强健康教育,争取政策支持,充分发挥社区、家庭、学校和社会各方的力量,是社区控烟工作成败的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To enhance the national construction of tobacco control Luohu district had taken part in the community tobacco control abilities construction project and school tobacco control abilities construction project,which were tw o of the sub-projects of the WHO and Shenzhen Tobacco Control project.In the co mmunity sub-project,we chose 5 resident committees communities as experimenta l units. METHODS After more than one year project works,we had strengthened the leadership of tobacco control work,won the political supports,strengthened the c ontrol rules,and set up a special network of tobacco control. Through this netwo rk,we located proper target crowd and we worked hard in health education,made go od use of communitiesfunctions,started up families,schools,government departme nts and the societies to control tobacco usage,now we can say we had got some ac hievement. RESULTS After these works,project target crowd knowing ratio of tobac co harm grew form 96.7% to 97.1%,knowing ratio of passive smoking harm grew from 96.4% to 97.5%,the smoking ratio of residents of these 5 community decrease fro m 28.4% to 23.2%.The ratio of trying to quit smoking in smoking crowd grew from 57.0% to 73.7%,and 18 persons had successfully quit smoking.And we can make the conclusion that the tobacco control project has taken prospect effect.
