【摘要】 目的探讨氯沙坦治疗高血压病左室肥厚(LVH)及其对左室舒张功能、QT离散度的远期影响。方法氯沙坦治疗36例高血压病左室肥厚并单纯左室舒张功能不全患者,疗程6个月;治疗前后用超声心动图检测左室相关参数,描记12导联心电图,计算QT间期离散度(QTd)。结果氯沙坦能显著减轻左室舒张期后壁厚度、舒张期室间隔厚度、左室重量(LVM)和左室重量指数,晚期充盈峰速度(A波)、A/E比率和E波减速时间明显降低(P<0.05),缩短QTd。结论氯沙坦能逆转高血压左室肥厚并可显著改善其左室舒张功能,缩短QTd。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investagte the the long-term effects of Losartan on hypertensive left ventricular hypertrophy(LVH),left ventricular diastolic function and QT dispersion(QTd).Methods 36 patients with hypertensive left ventricular hypertrophy complicated simply with left ventricular diastolic dysfunction were enrolled into the study and received Losartan 50mg daily for more than 6 months.Left ventricular mass(LVM)were examined by echocardiography,and QTd were measured by electrocardiogram before and after the therapy.Results Losartan can significantly decreased left ventricular posterior wall diastolic thickness,interventricular septum diastolic thickness,left ventricular mass,left ventricular mass index,and peak velocity in late filling phase,A/E ratio,slow-down time of E wave were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and QTd was decreased.Conclusions Losartan can reverse left ventricular hypertrophy and singificantly improve left ventricular diastolic function,and decreased QTd.更多还原
