【摘要】 目的:探讨利多卡因涂抹尿道外口+膀胱穴位按压治疗产后尿潴留的疗效。方法:产后尿潴留患者65例,随机分为A(22例)、B(22例)、C(21例)3组。A组采用持续按摩膀胱及按压膀胱穴位,并于尿道外口涂用2%利多卡因;B组采用持续按摩膀胱及按压膀胱穴位;C组导尿并放置导尿管,持续24 h去除尿管。结果:A、B、C三组,6 h内治愈率分别为81.82%、50%、0%(两两相比P<0.05);12 h内治愈率分别为100%、68.19%、0%(两两相比P<0.01);24 h内治愈率分别为100%、86.36%、57.14%(A与B比较P>0.05;A与C比较P<0.001;B与C比较P<0.05)。治疗后伴有并发症,C组与A组、B组比较P<0.05。结论:采用利多卡因涂抹尿道外口+持续膀胱按摩+穴位按压治疗产后尿潴留,方法简单、有效,值得临床应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the efficacy of Lidocaine in treating postpartum urinary retention.Methods:65 patients with postpartum urinary retention were classified as A,B,C groups,A group(n=22)were treated with massage the area of bladder and the huiyang point slightly and smear the urethra with 2%Lidocaine.B group(n=22)only with massage the area of bladder and the huiyang point.C group(n=21)were used an indwelling catheter within 24 hours.Results:Of A,B,C groups,the cure rate is 81.82%,50%,0% within 6 hours(P<0.05)and 100%,68.19%,0% within 12 hours(P<0.01) and 100%,86.36%,57.14% within 24 hours(A and B,P>0.05;A and C,P<0.001;B and C,P<0.05),respectively.The difference is significantly.Conclusion:Massaging bladder and huiyang point slightly and continually with smear Lidocaine on the urethra is effectively in treating postpartum urinary retention.更多还原
