【摘要】 目的:探讨妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)及妊娠糖耐量异常(G IGT)对妊娠结局的影响。方法:2 208例孕妇行50 g葡萄糖筛查(50 g GCT),对149例异常者行75 g葡萄糖耐量试验(OGTT),确诊糖耐量异常者(G IGT组)71例,妊娠期糖尿病者(GDM组)86例并与对照组300例分别比较妊娠结局。结果:50 g GCT阳性率为6.74%,G IGT及GDM检出率分别是3.22%和3.89%。GDM及G IGT两组患者妊娠期高血压疾病、羊水过多、巨大儿、剖宫产率、新生儿病率的发生率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),且两组对妊娠结局的影响无明显差异。结论:对所有孕妇进行50 g GCT,及早确诊GDM及G IGT,GDM与G IGT均能对妊娠造成不同程度的危害,应引起重视。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the effect of gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM) and gestational impaired glucose tolerance(GIGT) on pregnancy outcome.Methods:Glucose challenge test(50 g)(GCT)was done in 2208 pregnant women,and oral glucose tolerance test(75 g) performed in 117 pregnant women with positive result,,71 cases were dignosed gestational impaired glucose tolerance(GIGT),the pregnancy outcome were compared in the 86 GDM and 300 cases control group.Results:6.74% of all are GCT positive,the positive rate of GIGT is 3.22% and GDM is 3.89%.It’s superior obviously to the control group in GIGT and GDM group of hypertensive disorder complicating pregancy,polyhydramnios,macrosomia,cesarean section rate,neonatus morbidity(P<0.05),there is no significant difference between the two groups of effect on pregnancy outcome.Conclusion:glucose tolerance test was performed in all pregnant women,which can dignose GDM and GIGT early,in addition GDM and GIGT have infaust effect on pregnancy outcome.更多还原
