【摘要】 目的:探讨宫颈癌组织中CD 44 v 6的表达与其浸润转移的关系。方法:用免疫组织化学S-P法,检测48例宫颈癌、33例宫颈上皮内瘤样病变及15例正常宫颈上皮组织中的CD 44 v6的表达,分析相关的临床病理因素。同时对术前留取21例宫颈癌活组织也进行了CD 44 v 6的检测。结果:宫颈浸润癌中CD 44 v 6的阳性表达(68.75%)显著高于正常宫颈(13.33%)及宫颈上皮内瘤样病变(45.45%)(P<0.05)。CD 44 v 6的表达在有淋巴转移组中(94.74%)明显高于无淋巴结转移组(51.72%)。随着病理分级的升高,CD44v6的表达增强,其Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级的CD 44 v 6阳性率分别为40.00%、61.90%、94.12%(P<0.05)。术前组中CD 44 v 6阳性表达者淋巴结转移率(64.29%)高于CD 44 v 6阴性组(14.29%),但无统计学差异(P>0.05)。CD 44 v 6的表达与组织学类型、临床分期等因素无关(P>0.05)。结论:CD 44 v 6的表达与宫颈癌的进展转移密切相关,检测CD 44 v 6的表达有助于预测浸润转移,并可能为宫颈癌的治疗提供新的靶点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the expression and its clinical significance of CD 44 v 6 in cervical cancer during its development and metastasis.Methods:The expression of CD 44 v 6 protein of 48 invasive cervical cancer(ICC),33 cervical intraepithelium neoplasia(CIN),15 normal cervical epithelium(NCE) were detected by immunohistochemical method.Results:The positive expression of CD 44 v 6 in ICC(68.75%) was significantly different from that in NCE(13.33%)and CIN(45.45%)..The positive expression of CD 44 v 6 in cervical cancer with lymphatic metastasis(94.74%)was obviously higher than that without lymphatic metastasis(51.72%)(P<0.05).The higher the pathologic grade of carcinoma,the more the expression of CD 44 v 6(P<0.05).In the cases of ICC before surgery,the rate of lymphatic metastasis in those CD 44 v 6 positively expressed(64.29%)was higher than CD 44 v 6 negatively expressed(14.29%).There was no correlation found between CD 44 v 6 expression and pathological type or clinical period(P>0.05).Conclusion:CD 44 v 6 is correlated with the invasion and metastasis of uterine cervical cancer.CD 44 v 6 expression may be served as an important indicator of metastasis and prognosis of cervical cancer.更多还原
