【摘要】 目的:探求客观定量、准确可行、简便易行、能反映孕产妇保健工作质量全貌的综合评价方法。方法:采用加权关联度分析对浙江省1998-2003年孕产妇保健工作资料进行评价。结果:求出6年孕产妇保健工作的加权关联度值,排序结果与TOPSIS法排序结果完全一致。并列出加权关联度的频数分布,估计回归方程^r=0·0837+0·1118y,r=0·9968,具有显著性意义(P<0·005),经合理分档,得出孕产妇保健工作质量优秀的2年,中等的1年,较差的3年,符合实际情况。结论:加权关联度分析能直观、定量、简明、准确、清晰、科学、全面地反映孕产妇保健工作质量,实用于孕产妇保健工作质量的综合评价。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore an objective ration, accurate and practicable and comprehensive evaluation method on the pregnant and lying-in women health work quality.Methods:The data of pregnant and lying-in woman health work quality in Zhejiang province during 1998~2003 were analyzed by weighted incidence degree analysis.Results:The weighted incidence degree value of the pregnant woman and lying-in woman health work quality in 1998~2003 years were calculated, showing no difference with that by TOPSIS evaluation.The frequency distribution was listed to count the regression equation r=0.083 7+0.111 8y,r=0.996 8, having remarkable significance (P<0.005), the pregnant and lying-in woman health work quality was good 2 years, medium 1 year, and poor 3 years, according with the practice.Conclusion:Weighted incidence degree analysis is objective, ration, and simple picture of the pregnant and lying-in woman health work quality, which could be applied in comprehensive evaluation on the pregnant and lying-in woman health work quality.更多还原
