【摘要】 目的:探讨心脏瓣膜置换术后孕产妇孕期及分娩情况。方法:回顾性分析6例心脏瓣膜置换术后孕妇的临床资料。结果:6例心脏瓣膜置换术后孕妇心功能为Ⅰ~Ⅱ级,均安全渡过孕产期,妊娠期及分娩期应用肝素及华法令未增加母婴出血。结论:心脏瓣膜置换术后患者心功能在Ⅰ~Ⅱ级,孕期在产科及心内科医生的共同监护下可安全度过孕期及分娩期。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the outcome of pregnancy in women after cardiac valve replacement.Methods:6 cases of pregnancies with treated during and were analyzed by retrospectively.Results:Patients with cardiac function of degree Ⅰ～Ⅱ can accomplish pregnancy and delivery safely after cardiac operation.Using heparin and warfarin during pregnancy and delivery did not increase the blood loss in both mothers and neonates.Conclusion:With the care of obstetric and vascular cardiac physician,the pregnancies with cardiac function of degree Ⅰ～Ⅱwill be safe during pregnant and delivery.更多还原
