【摘要】 目的:对卵巢生理性肿块的误诊原因分析。方法:对48例由超声诊断卵巢单纯性囊肿、巧克力囊肿、畸胎瘤和实性肿块的超声图像的特征进行分析。结果:48例卵巢肿块均在10天~3个月内自行消失。结论:由于卵巢特殊的生理功能和周期性变化,使卵巢内出现各种不同的特殊结构,掌握其超声图像的特点,定期动态观察,有助于明确诊断,减少误诊。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze the causes of false diagnosis in biological ovarian masses.Methods:48 Ultrasound imagines that had been diagnosed as simple cysts,chocolate cysts,teratomas and solid tumors were analyzed.Results:In ten days to three months,48 cases of ovarian masses disappeared spontaneously.Conclusion:There are some special physiological functions and periodical changes that make the ovarian structures to show different characters.To know the characteristic of ultrasound imaging and the follow-up studies will contribute to reduce the error rate in diagnosis.更多还原
