【摘要】 目的:探讨p27k ip1、cyc linE蛋白及PCNA在宫颈鳞癌中的表达及临床意义。方法:采用免疫组化法检测140例宫颈鳞癌病例p27k ip1、cyc linE蛋白及PCNA的表达。结果:p27k ip1在宫颈鳞癌中的阳性表达率为47.14%(66/140),显著低于正常宫颈上皮的92.0%(46/50);cyc linE蛋白在宫颈鳞癌中阳性表达率为37.14%(52/140),显著高于正常宫颈上皮的12.0%(6/50);PCNAⅢ~Ⅳ级在宫颈鳞癌中阳性表达率37.14%(58/140),显著高于正常宫颈鳞状上皮;P27k ip1阳性,cyc linE和PCNA低表达者生存期分别较p27k ip1阴性,cyc linE和PCNA高表达者长,且与淋巴结转移呈负相关;p27k ip1与cyc linE和PCNA的表达呈负相关,cyc linE与PCNA的表达呈正相关。结论:p27k ip1低表达,cyc linE和PCNA高表达与宫颈癌的发生、发展密切相关,可作为综合判断预后的指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the expression and clinical significance of p27kip1,cyclinE and PCNA protein in cervical squamous carcinoma.Methods:immunohistochemical technique was used to detect expression of p27kip1,cyclinE and PCNA in 70 cases of cervical squamous carcinoma.Results:The expression of p27kip1 protein in cervical squamous carcinoma markedly lower than in normal cervical squamous epilhelium at positive rate of 47.14 % and 92.0%.CyclinE positive-explession rate in cervical squamous carcinoma was 37.14%,which was higher than that in normal cervical squamous epilhelium(12.0 %).PCNA Ⅲ～Ⅳexpression rate in cervical squamous carcinoma was 41.43 %,which was higher than that in normal cervical squamous epilhelium(0 %);Cases with positive P27kip1 expression and low cyclinE and PCNA expression had a higher survival rate than those with negative p27kip1 expression and high cyclinE and PCNA expression.The higher expression of p27kip1 and the lower expression cf cyclinE,PCNA were associated with lymph node metastasis;Inversecorrelation was found between the expression of p27kip1 and cyclinE and PCNA in cervical squamous carcinoma.Conclusion:The low expression cf p27kip1 and high expression rates cf cyclinE and PCNA are correlated with the development and prognosis of cervical squamous carcinoma.Aberrant expression cf p27kip1,cyclinE and PCNA in cervical squamous carcinoma may be taken as an effective parameter to evaluate and predict the future cf cervical squamous carcinoma.更多还原
