【摘要】 目的:分析女性生殖道淋巴瘤(ML)特点、治疗及生存情况。方法:子宫颈和卵巢ML先行满意的手术后再行化疗,阴道ML单行化疗,加或不加放疗,观察病理情况、治疗效果及预后。结果:女性生殖道淋巴瘤几乎全部为NHL,经手术、化疗辅助放疗后原发性淋巴瘤较继发性淋巴瘤预后好,子宫颈NHL较卵巢及阴道NHL预后好。结论:女性生殖道淋巴瘤经积极正规治疗可获得较好疗效,治疗后要密切随访。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze the clinical features,treatment and survival of women with genitalia malignant lymphoma(ML).Methods:The patients with cervical and ovarion ML accepted chemotherapy after satisfied operation,vaginal ML only accepted chemotherapy,and radiotherapy or not,to observe pathological results,effects and prognosis.Results:Women genitalia ML were almost non-hodgkin-lymphom(NHL).After operation,chemotherapy and radiotherapy,primary ML was better than secondly ML,cervical ML was better than ovarion ML.Conclusion:Women genitalia ML can obtain better effect with good therapy,and need following observation after therapy.更多还原
