【摘要】 目的:探讨人工流产对继发性不孕的影响。方法:①有大月份流产史行诊断性刮宫术。②提高手术质量。③调节内分泌功能。结果:35例中有宫腔残留胎骨片2例,占5.7%;输卵管炎症与梗阻性病变17例,占48.5%;内分泌因素8例,占26.6%;精神因素8例,占26.6%。结论:只有提高人工流产手术质量,才能降低并发症的发病率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the effect of the artificial abortion to the secondary sterility.Methods: Taking the diagnostic uterine curettage for the parturient who had abortive history in late pregnancy,adjusting endocrine function.Results:2 of the 35 cases(5.7%)who were taken the diagnostic uterine curettage had rudimentary bone segments in the womb;17 cases(48.5%) were with inflammation and obstruction in oviduct;8(26.6%) were endocrine dysfunction;8(26.6%) concerned with spiritual factor.Conclusion: Improving the operation quality and controlling the endocrine function may be the two important factors that reduce the secondary sterility after artificial abortion.更多还原
