【摘要】 目的:对剖宫产手术1年后的子宫超声改变进行分析。方法:对有剖宫产手术史者在子宫复旧后进行超声追踪检查。结果:分析300例有剖宫产手术史的患者和30例自然分娩产妇的子宫超声检查结果,发现术后患者与自然分娩产妇的子宫峡部长度有显著差别(P<0.05),其中25%<0.01,20%的患者子宫出现瘢痕团块。结论:在超声检查时应多询问病史,结合临床,避免误诊,尽量自然分娩;术后进行适当运动可减少并发症。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze the change in ultrasound of caesarian section uterus after a year.Methods:To compare the change between 300 cases of caesarian section uterus and 30 cases of nature childbirth by ultrasound.Results:The isthmus uteri length of post-caesarian section was significantly longer than that of nature group(P<0.05),25%<0.01 thereinto,20% of cases had mass of scar in uterus.Conclusion:To ask illness history,to link clinic,to avoid misdiagnosis,nature childbirth as possible as,to act suitably post-operation could decrease complications.更多还原
