【Abstract】 At present China is undergoing a social transitional period with economic transferring,reform deepening and benefits rearranging as its main characteristics.Under such a social background,certain social conflicts will be activated,which will probably lead to group events.Our government shall adopt concrete measures to find out and solve the inducing factors before group events explode.To efficiently prevent group events,public security organs need to lay a solid foundation by making preparations in the five aspects,that is,personnel,money,equipment,information and preventive plan.更多还原
