【Abstract】 The protection of minority shareholder is a difficult task all over the world,and the main methods available now have various problems.The article stands for that in special condition,through transferring the shares of minority shareholders into cumulative-take part in-preferred stock partly or wholly,exchanging the voting right that having no influence to important affairs of the company actually for higher income from the investment,so as to protect the minority shareholders conscientiously.The article is benefit to the perfect of company law and the improvement of the protection condition of minority shareholders.更多还原
