【摘要】 目的探讨微血管减压术治疗原发性三叉神经痛的疗效及影响因素。方法回顾分析经微血管减压术治疗的37例原发性三叉神经痛病例。结果早期痊愈34例(91.9%),部分缓解2例(5.4%),无效1例(2.7%)。无手术死亡,随访3~37个月,复发2例(5.4%)。结论微血管减压术治疗大部分原发性三叉神经痛是安全有效的方法,不遗漏三叉神经感觉根附近的责任血管,是提高手术治疗效果的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of idiopathic trigeminal neuralgia(ITN) treated by microvascular decompression(MVD) and factors influencing efficacy.Methods Clinical data of 37 patients suffering from ITN treated by MVD were analyzed retrospectively.Results Immediate complete relief were found in 34 cases ((91.9%)),partial relief in 2((5.4%)) and failure in 1((2.7%)).No patient died.After following up for 3-37 months,recurrence occurred in 2 cases((5.4%)).Conclusion Microvascular decompression is a safe and efficient way of treatment for ITN.Thorough depression of burdened blood vesssels around the sensory root of the trigeminal nerve plays an important role for improving the long-term efficacy of MVD in ITN.更多还原
