空间可展板壳结构的展开分析
Deployment analysis of deployable space panel and shell structure
【摘要】 建立了空间可展板壳结构的运动学分析的基础方程式,利用广义逆矩阵理论分析了可展板壳结构在外荷载作用下的运动过程,给出了可展板壳结构从收纳(展开)状态到展开(收纳)状态的计算方法,推导出了考虑位置增量高阶项的数值解,并取得了较好的展开分析精度.通过编制仿真程序进行算例分析,结果验证了分析方法的正确性.与传统的多体系统动力学方法相比,该分析方法的优点是建模简单,能够有效地分析可展板壳结构的复杂运动,并为空间可展板壳结构的设计优化提供了理论依据.
【Abstract】 New kinematic equations for deployable space panel and shell structure were presented.The moving process of the structure under applied loads was analyzed by using the generalized inverse theory,and a calculating method of deployable panel and shell structure changing from folded state to deployable state or the opposite process was presented.The numerical solution of the deployment analysis was calculated using the higher order item of position increment,and high accuracy was obtained.Examples verified the efficiency of the new method by a simulation program. Compared with the conventional dynamics of multibody system,the advantage of this new method lies in its ability to analyze the complex movement of deployable panel and shell structure effectively with a comparatively simple modeling process.
