重力活塞式天然气水合物保真取样器的研制
Development of pressure piston corer for exploring natural gas hydrates
【摘要】 为了保真地获得沉积物样品,以有效识别天然气水合物存在与否,研制了天然气水合物勘探的一种新型设备———重力活塞式天然气水合物保真取样器.该取样器由重力活塞式取样机构、保真取样筒、附件与接口三部分组成,以自重作为动力源,自由落体插入沉积物中;通过回收主缆,转移样品到保真取样筒;通过对上下封口的密封,实现保压功能;通过对保真取样筒内外表面镀特殊材料层及有机玻璃衬筒实现保温功能.本取样器适用于3 km深海的表层保真取样,可以采集长达10 m的沉积物.样机试验表明,此取样器动作安全可靠,保真效果好.
【Abstract】 In order to get sediment sample perfectly,a new equipment for exploring natural gas hydrates—pressure piston corer was developed,which is used to determine whether natural gas hydrates exist.The corer consists of three parts: Jumbopiston coring mechanism,pressure sampler barrel,accessory and interface.It can free fall into the sediment with its gravity as the driving force.Through pulling the cable,the sediment can be transferred into pressure sampler barrel.Pressure can be preserved by sealing the top end and the lower end and by organic glass tube and pressure sampler barrel which has been plated heat with insulation material on the surface.The corer is fit for sampling on the surface of 3 km deep-sea and can sample 10-meter sediment.Experiments showed that it works safely and reliably.
