机械产品配置知识自适应方法研究
Research on self-adaptive management method of product configuration knowledge
【摘要】 配置知识的组织与管理方式直接影响了配置设计的效率和配置结果的正确性.为了提高产品配置设计的效率和正确性,将配置知识与产品零部件相结合形成多个智能配置单元(ICU),提出了基于ICU的产品配置知识自适应模型,通过ICU的消息机制和执行机制实现了产品配置知识的自适应.根据配置知识的作用范围将自适应分为主动式自适应和被动式自适应,主动式自适应通过优化配置规则搜索顺序和减少配置实例等自适应方法有效地提高了产品配置设计的效率,克服了一般配置设计效率随配置规则和实例增加而降低的缺点;被动式自适应方法,通过多个ICU协商保证了产品零部件在增加、删除和更改等操作过程中配置知识的正确性和一致性.该方法已经在某电梯厂的配置知识管理中得到了较好的应用.
【Abstract】 The management and organization of configuration knowledge are essential to the validity and efficiency of configuration design.To improve the validity and efficiency of configuration design,the configuration knowledge combination with product parts was defined for many kinds of intelligent configuration unit(ICU),and a self-adaptive model for configuration knowledge based on ICU was put forward.The self-adaptation of product configuration knowledge was realized by the message mechanism and execution mechanism of ICU.According to the effect range of configuration knowledge,self-adaptive operation could be classified as positive self-adaptation and passive self-adaptation.Positive self-adaptation could improve the efficiency of configuration reasoning by classifying configuration rules into ABC classes and reducing configuration instances rationally.Passive self-adaptation could ensure the consistent update to product parts by negotiation.The method had been successfully applied to configuration design for elevator.
