【Abstract】 In urban water works,water flow metering is the key factor for effective management and water saving.The application features of water flow measuring instruments used in water supply enterprises are introduced.The categories and new technical characteristics of commonly used flowmeters,e.g. electromagnetic flowmeter,are described and the developing trend of the metering technologies is proposed.Some critical technologies of novel process instrumentation represented by computer and network technology are investigated,and it is pointed that the prospects of this technology are bright.更多还原
