【Abstract】 Promoting geological environmental disaster insurance has doubtless great significance for more and more serious damages,which caused by geological environmental disaster throughout the world since 1920s.There are three insurances concerning geological environmental disaster in the world: compulsory liability insurance,arbitrary liability insurance,and the integration of compulsory liability insurance and financial guarantee.From these three types of insurances,we realized that we must imperfect the relevant laws and regulations,establishing acceptance organizations scientifically,and well defining the limitation of claim.更多还原
