【Abstract】 Based upon the comparison of land expropriation and land requisition, the paper briefly introduces the applicability of new “Land requisition”,which is a gap after the fourth amendments to the constitution. It expounds the targets and the change traits of ownership regarding land requisition. Finally, it makes a summary for the applicability of new “Land requisition”,namely land requisition in the state of emergency , temporary land requisition in normal state and temporary land use under the survey for construction.更多还原
