【摘要】 目的建立农产品中5种环境激素有机氯农药的检测方法。方法采用凝胶渗透色谱净化方法,对粮食、蔬菜样品进行前处理,宽口毛细管气相色谱／电子捕获分离、检测。结果粮食、蔬菜中有机氯农药滴滴滴(DDD)、滴滴伊(DDE)、滴滴涕(DDT)、七氯和环氧七氯的回收率在79．8％～112.3％;重现性分别为3．67％、5．98％、4.31％、7．12％、6．39％。结论方法操作简单,净化效率高、干扰少、适用于农产品中环境激素类有机氯农药残留分析。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish a method of determining five groups of environmental hormones, organochlorine pesticides, environmental hormones, in farm produces. Methods Samples of grains and vegetables were cleaned up by gel permeation chromatography (GPC), separated by wide-bore capillary gas chromatography column and detected by electron capture method. Results The recoveries of DDD, DDE, DDT, heptachlor and heptachlor epoxide in grains and vegetables ranged from 79.9% to 112.3%;the relative standard deviations(RSD)were 3.67%,5.98% ,4.31%,7.12%,6.39%, respectively. Conclusions This method, easy in manipulation, high in cleanup efficiency, low in interference, is suitable for residue analysis for organochlorine pesticides of environmental hormones in farm produces.更多还原
