安顺市地方性氟中毒健康教育试点村传播策略及可行性初探

【摘要】 目的探讨燃煤污染型氟中毒健康教育干预的传播策略和可行性。方法在2个试点村开展为期1年的氟中毒防治知识健康教育。调查健康教育与健康促进干预前后病区人群的防治知识知晓情况和行为改变情况。结果通过健康教育与健康促进干预,使目标学生氟中毒防治知识知晓率南0上升到100%;家庭主妇知晓率由0.29%上升到80.00%以上:炉具正确使用率大于80%。结论健康教育与健康促进是目前防治燃煤污染型氟中毒的好方法。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the possibility and propagation tactics of intervention of health education for endemic fluorosis caused by domestic coal-burning pollution. Methods Health education and intervening was conducted for controlling endemic fluorosis at two pilot villages lasting for a year. The changes in the knowledge and behaviors were evaluated after implementation of the intervention. Results The rate of people knowing the knowledge of fluorosis control in the targeted students had been elevated from 0 to 100% ,and the rate in the targeted family women from 0.29% to 80.00%. The rate of correctly using the improved stove increased significantly, which was more than 80%. Conclusions The health education for controlling endemic fluorosis is effective way.
