高速加工中心有限元计算模型与实验验证
FE MODEL AND EXPERIMENTAL VERIFICATION FOR MACHINING CENTER MODAL ANALYSIS
【摘要】 采用ANSYS软件对加工中心振动模态进行有限元分析,在有限元模型中采用了用户自定义单元来模拟结合面的刚度,同时将文献[3]的结合面刚度计算方法推广应用于确定自定义单元的刚度值。重点分析了加工中心主轴支架系统的计算模型对机床模态计算的影响,并用实验对计算模型进行了验证。
【Abstract】 In this paper,the modal analysis of a machining center is carried out by means of software ANSYS.The user self-defining element is introduced into simulating the interface between two modules of the machining center and the data in Ref[3] is applied to determining the stiffness of the user self-defining element.The FE model of the spindle supporting system is discussed in detail,and the FE model of the machining center for modal analyslis is experimentally verified.
