用数值方法分析板梁结构抗动能穿甲性能
NUMERICAL STUDY ON THE PERFORATION RESISTIBILITY OF PLATE GIRDER TARGET
【摘要】 船体外板处于舰船防护结构的最外层,在受到半穿甲导弹攻击时起到限制其侵入深度的作用。根据前人的研究表明,考虑到抗穿甲能力、自重以及强度等各种影响因素,板梁结构可能是一种较优的抗穿甲结构形式。然而由于缺乏更深入说细的研究,难以弄清其抗穿甲机理。采用非线性动力学有限元计算程序LS-DYNA对半球形状半穿甲导弹作用下板梁结构抗穿甲性能进行了数值模拟研究。分析了板梁结构在穿甲过程中对弹体动能的吸收情况。对舰船防护结构设计有一定的指导意义。
【Abstract】 Ship-Hull Surface is an integral part of warship protective structure.It can restain penetration depth when cncountering attack of armour-piercing antiship missile.Considering effects of perforation resistibility,light weight and stregth,a plate girder structure should be a rather excellent form.However,limited studies on its mechanism of anti-piercing process have been presented.A numerical study on the performance of a hemispherical head antiship missile penetrating the plate girder structure is presented using LS-DYNA program.The simulation results illustrate the energy absorb of the plate and the girder separately.On the other hand,velocity decrease of missile when penetrating through different targets is obtained.
