【摘要】 目的:建立了反相高效液相色谱法同时测定功劳去火片(功劳木,黄柏,黄芩等)中栀子苷、黄芩苷、盐酸小檗碱的含量。方法:采用Krom asil C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5.0μm);流动相组成为A:乙腈,B:乙腈-0.5%三乙胺水溶液(磷酸调pH3.1)(10∶90)梯度洗脱;流速1.0 mL/m in,检测波长254 nm。结果:栀子苷、黄芩苷和盐酸小檗碱的线性范围分别为:3.22~206μg/mL(r=0.999 9),2.95~186μg/mL(r=0.999 9)和1.64~104μg/mL(r=0.999 9)。平均回收率均大于98.4%。结论:该方法专属性强,结果准确可靠,重现性好,可用于功劳去火片中栀子苷、黄芩苷和盐酸小檗碱的含量测定,以便更好地控制功劳去火片的质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM: To establish a method of determining genpioside,baicalin and berberine in Gonglao Quhuo Tablets(Caulis Mahoniae,Cortex Phellodendri Chinensis,Radix Scutellariae,etc). METHODS: The mobile phase composed of A acetonitrile,B acetonitrile and 0.5% triethylamine(Ph3.1)(10∶90).The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min with the wavelength at 254 nm. RESULTS:The calibration curves were linear in the ranges of 3.22-206 μg/mL(r=0.999 9) for genpioside,2.95-186 μg/mL(r=0.999 9) for baicalin and 1.64-104 μg/mL(r=0.999 9) for berberine hydrochloride,respectively.The average recoveries were not less than 98.4%. CONCLUSION: This HPLC method is convenient,rapid,accurate and could be used for quality control of production of Gonglao Quhuo Tablets.更多还原
