三七总皂苷口含片的含量测定

【摘要】 目的:建立三七总皂苷口含片含量的高效液相测定方法。方法:采用高效液相法进行梯度洗脱,色谱柱为HypersilNH2(4.6 mm×200 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-1%磷酸二氢钾溶液,流速为1.0 mL/m in,检测波长203 nm,柱温为35°C。结果:三七总皂苷中4种皂苷的线性都良好(r=0.999 9),线性范围人参皂苷Rg1 0.093 75~6μg,人参皂苷Re 0.011 72~0.75μg,三七皂苷R1 0.023 44~1.5μg,人参皂苷Rb1 0.140 6~9μg。结论:本文建立的方法简便,重现性好,能同时测定三七总皂苷中的4种主要成分,可用于三七总皂苷口含片的质量控制。

【Abstract】 AIM: To establish a method of determining the content of total saponin of Radix et Rhizoma Notoginseng in buccal tablets by HPLC. METHODS: Chromatographic conditions are as follows:Hypersil NH2 column(4.6 mm×200 mm,5 μm) as the stationary phase,acetonitrile-1% phosphate buffer solution(0-10 min,20:80;10-20 min,25:75;20-25 min,45:55;25-30 min,50:50) as the mobile phase,the velocity of flow is 1.0 mL/min,the temperature of coloum is 35(°C) and the detection wavelength is 203 nm. RESULTS: The HPLC method has good linearity in determining the total saponin of Radix et Rhizoma Notoginseng content,and we can detect four saponins at the same time,linear range,ginsenoside Rg1 0.093 75-6 μg,ginsenoside Re 0.011 72-0.75 μg,notoginsenoside R1 0.023 44-1.5 μg and ginsenoside Rb1 0.140 6-9 μg,the correlation coefficient r=0.999 9. CONCLUSION: The established method in this article is simple and convenient,with good reproductivity.We can detect four saponins in the total saponin of Radix et Rhizoma Notoginseng Buccal Tablets at the same time by this method.It can be used for quality control of the total saponin of Radix et Rhizoma Notoginseng Buccal Tablets.
