海拉尔油田凝灰质储层砂堵原因分析及对策
THE CAUSE ANALYSIS ON SAND PLUG AND COUNTERMEASURE OF TUFF FORMATION IN HAILAER OILFIELD
【摘要】 针对海拉尔油田凝灰质储层低砂比砂堵的问题,对凝灰质储层的岩石力学特征、地应力特征、矿物学特征与水理特征进行了研究,分析表明凝灰质储层的塑性、高粘土矿物含量、隔层地应力差别小及不合理的射孔方位是导致砂堵的主要原因。针对以上研究,提出应用定向射孔技术、改进的压裂液体系、科学的压裂设计方案及控缝高技术可以有效地解决砂堵问题。
【Abstract】 Through experimental studies on the rock mechanics characters, ground stress characters, mineralogy characters and hydrological characters of the tuff formation, it is found that low sand proportion sand plug in tuff formations of Hailaer oilfield is difficulties for hydraulic fracturing operation. This paper analysis that the plasticity, high clay content, little difference between adjacent formations and the tuff formation, and inconsequential perforation orientation are result in the sand plug. Based on the above conclusions, this paper proposes many new methods for solve the problem, such as the oriented perforating technology, reformative fracture fluid system and scientific fracture.
