【摘要】 西方人力资本理论从宏观、微观以及企业理论三个层面考察和应用了人力资本的概念。由于对人力资本本质的回避,导致了其企业理论的逻辑矛盾。只有在坚持劳动价值论的前提下,吸收现代西方人力资本理论的研究成果,才能真正认清人力资本概念的科学内涵。人力资本产生于劳动力。由于对企业价值创造的重要性和必须间接体现的性质以及高额的交易成本,某些特殊的劳动力在一定条件下转化为人力资本。更多还原

【Abstract】 Western human capital theory investigates and uses concept of human capital from three aspects: macroscopic,microcosmic and enterprise theory.The avoidance from the essence of human capital has caused the logic contradiction in the enterprise theory.We should insist on the theory of labor value and absorb the research results of the capital theory of modern western human capital in order to grasp the scientific connotation of the concept of human capital.Human capital evolves from labor force.Because of the importance to enterprise,the nature of being reflected indirectly and its high transaction cost,some special labor force can be turned into the human capital under certain condition.更多还原
