粉压叶腊石及其焙烧工艺对合成立方氮化硼单晶的影响
Influence of powder pressed pyrophyllite and its roasting technology on cBN monocrystal synthesizing
【摘要】 研究分析了普通叶腊石、复合叶腊石在立方氮化硼单晶合成过程中的不同效果,以及叶腊石的焙烧工艺对立方氮化硼单晶合成的影响。
【Abstract】 Different results of synthesizing cBN monocrystal with common and composite pyrophyllite as well as the influence of pyrophyllite roasting technologies on cBN monocrystal were studied in the paper.
