(FeMn)xAl1-x-C体系金刚石的高温高压合成
HPHT synthesis of diamond in the system of (FeMn)xAl1-x and carbon
【摘要】 利用F eM n-C体系以及添加剂A l,在国产六面顶压机上分别进行了合成金刚石单晶的实验,研究了在高温高压条件下(5.6~5.8 GPa,1400℃~1600℃)(F eM n)xA l(1-x)-C(0≤x≤1)体系金刚石生长特性。通过光学成像显微镜、扫描电镜(SEM)和显微红外光谱、穆斯堡尔谱等分别对合成后的金刚石晶体的颜色与形貌,含氮量以及内部杂质进行了测试分析。研究结果表明,(F eM n)xA l(1-x)-C体系可合成晶面完整的八面体金刚石晶体;无A l(x=1)添加时,合成晶体的生长速度较快,添加A l(x≠1)后,晶体生长速度明显变慢;无A l添加时,体系合成晶体的含氮量较高,而添加A l后,含氮量明显降低;无A l添加时,合成晶体内部的包裹体主要成分是F e3C和F e,添加A l以后,合成晶体内包裹体主要成分是F eA l合金。
【Abstract】 In this work,the diamond crystals were synthesized in a(FeMn)xAl(1-x)-C system at 5.65.8 GPa and 1400 1600 ℃.The color,morphology,nitrogen content and inclusions of synthetic diamond crystals were characterized by optics microscope(OM),scanning electronic microscope(SEM),micro infra-red spectra,Mssbauer spectra respectively.The results have shown that the additive Al has a significant influence on the color of crystals,growth rate,and inclusions etc.The color of diamond crystals synthesized without additive Al is yellow,while that with additive Al becomes light and nearly disappears.The growth rate of synthetic diamond crystals without additive Al is rapider than that with additive Al.The nitrogen content of diamond crystals without additive Al is higher than that with additive Al.The inclusions in diamond crystals synthesized without additive Al is mainly Fe and Fe3C,while that with additive Al is FeAl alloy.
