【摘要】 提取淡紫拟青霉NH-PL-03菌株的胞内、外多糖,分别以菌丝生长法与孢子萌发法研究其对尖孢镰刀菌的抑制效果。结果表明,淡紫拟青霉多糖对尖孢镰刀菌有明显抑制作用。在PDA平板上观察到不同程度的抑制现象,并在显微镜下观察到尖孢镰刀菌菌丝局部膨大,细胞质浓缩,细胞壁消解等现象。淡紫拟青霉多糖对尖孢镰刀菌孢子萌发有强烈抑制作用,并随多糖浓度的提高而增强。更多还原

【Abstract】 Intra-and inter-cellular polysaccharides of Paecilomyces lilacinus (PLP) were extracted and treated with Fusarium oxysporum to test its inhibitory effects on hypae growth and condium germination. The results indicated that PLP had remarkable inhibitory effects on the growth of this pathogen. It was observed that the growth of Fusarium oxysporum was inhibited in various degrees on PDA plates, partial hypae swelling, cytoplasm condensation and cell-wall collapse could be detected under microscope and the levels of condium bourgeoning block were increasing along with the increments of PLP concentrations.更多还原
