大型橡胶护舷制造装备系统的开发设计

【摘要】 橡胶护舷作为大型及超大型橡胶制件并由于其使用特点的要求,其性态表现不仅仅具有尺寸大的特性,而且由于抗冲击力大,要求密度高。这些因素决定了在其生产加工过程中,对成型设备或装备的要求具有特殊之处。并涉及到大型橡胶制件的硫化成型、大型工装模具装备的设计制造、机电一体化装备设计制造、大型节能装备的设计制造等四大化工设备设计制造领域。本文结合大型橡胶护舷的制造生产实践,开发设计并制造了完整的橡胶护舷生产线,包括主要成型系统的模压硫化成型模具装备系统。该设备硫化成型效率高、成本低、节能效果明显、生产工艺稳定,大型及超大型护舷产品经分析检测性能优良,以较高的性价比获得了国内外的市场份额。

【Abstract】 This paper describes the design and fabrication of the equipment and control system molding large rubber fenders. Large rubber fenders are large size and mass products, so that the molding equipment and control system are complex. There are several factors that affect the design and control. These include such as structure of high-pressure, control system of temperature and pressure machines, and the states of distribution temperature and stresses in fender and pressure structure. This study completed those items which including the calculates of temperature field by means of the FEM in moiling, the analyses and design of the structure molding machine by means of the FEM, the design of heating system in vulcanizing rubber fenders, the design of hydraulic pressure system, the design of electronic control system, the processes design of mold machine, and the analyses and testing study of the control data. The application result showed that the study is successful and many experts examined the results carefully from 2002 to the present time.
