【摘要】 报告1例硬皮病样皮肤转移性恶性纤维组织细胞瘤。患者男,60岁。面颊及颈部皮肤硬韧1个半月。病理检查示:真皮浅中层胶原纤维间见散在或密集的类似成纤维细胞样细胞、组织细胞样细胞浸润,细胞核大而深染,呈长梭形及圆形,小血管腔内也见核大深染的细胞及多核巨细胞。免疫组化示:CD68(+),CD34,CK,SMA均阴性。诊断:皮肤转移性恶性纤维组织细胞瘤。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective A case of metastasis malignant fibrous histiocytoma on mimicking scleroderma skin is reported.A 60 years-old male patient complained that his skin of face and neck was solid about one and half months.Histopathological changes showed that fibroblasts-like and histiocyte-like tumor cells were closely or scattered infiltrated among collagen fibers of dermis.Most of the tumor cell nuclei were density and spindle or round in shape.Bizarre cells and multinucleated giant cells were also observed in small vascular cavities.The tumor cells showed positive staining for CD68 and negative for CD34,CK,SMA with immunohistochemical technique.Those immunohistochemical staining results support the diagnosis of metastasis malignant fibrous histiocytoma on skin.更多还原
