血管活性肠肽受体1基因在银屑病表皮早期皮损中的表达

【摘要】 目的研究血管活性肠肽受体1(vasoactive intestinal peptide receptor 1 VIPR1)在寻常型进行期银屑病皮损表皮中的表达情况,探讨其在银屑病发病机制中的作用。方法应用组织切片原位杂交法检测VIPR1 mRNA在正常表皮、进行期银屑病皮损表皮和未受累皮肤表皮中的表达和分布。结果在寻常型进行期银屑病皮损表皮的全层、表皮中下层可见VIPR1 mRNA表达(63.6%);在寻常型进行期银屑病非皮损表皮的中下层或个别细胞内可见VIPR1 mRNA的表达(54.5%);在正常皮肤表皮的基底层或少量细胞内可见VIPR1 mRNA的表达(18.2%)。寻常型进行期银屑病皮损表皮中VIPR1 mRNA的表达明显高于正常对照组(P<0.05)。结论VIPR1 mRNA在银屑病发病早期阶段的表达增高可能与银屑病的发病有关。

【Abstract】 Objective To dstect the pathogenesis of vasoactive intestinal peptide receptor 1(VIPR1) in lesion of psoriasis vulgaris,detect and investigate the role of VIPR1 in the pathogenesis of it.Methods VIPR1mRNA in normal epidermal tissues,uninvolved and active psoriatic lesions from 22 patients were detected by in situ hybridization.Results Positive staining in epidermis from 22 patients with psoriasis vulgaris was brown-yellowish distributed in cell plasma of the whole layer,staining was observed in(63.6%),while positive staining in normal epidermis was localized mainly in the basal cell layer(18.2%),uninvolved epidermis was located in the basal layer of epidermis(54.5%).Compared with the normal epidermis,the positive rate and the mean expression level of VIPR1mRNA in epidermis of psoriasis vulgaris were significantly higher(P<0.05).Conclusion The higher lever of VIPR1 mRNA in the epidermis of patients with psoriasis vulgaris may play an important role in the early pathogenesis of psoriasis vulgaris.
