一种基于Agilent ADS的功率放大器输出匹配新方法
A new method for output matching of power amplifier based on Agilent ADS
【摘要】 详细阐述了LOAD_PULL的基本工作原理,并对LOAD_PULL的设置,在单载波情况下的仿真,在双载波情况下的仿真等的实现方法及使用中的关键点进行了全面、仔细的分析,指出了利用LOAD_PULL技术实现的功率放大器具有输出匹配准确性程度较高,应用方便、高效快捷,开发时间短的优点,而且其兼容性强,可以结合其他设计方法一起使用。
【Abstract】 The basic operation principles of output matching using LOAD_PULL for the power amplifier are analyzed in detail in this paper.The key characteristics and realization in different situation of the setting of LOAD_PULL,simulation using one carrier,and simulation using two carrier are analyzed comprehensively and carefully.The paper points out that technology of LOAD_PULL is the present trend in the developing of output matching for power amplifier because of their characteristics which are precision,convenience,efficiency and compatibility of being used with other methods or tools.
