【Abstract】 The index(L) of average energy level for valence electron is defined in terms of principal quantum number,valence electron number and valence energy level.L has good selectivity,uniqueness for all atoms and highly correlativity for 13 physicochemical properties of lanthanides.Results predicted by the L are in agreement with those of the experiment.更多还原
