【摘要】 早在20世纪50年代,党的第一代领导集体就对建设社会主义新农村进行了卓有成效的初步探索。农村经济制度、组织制度、基础设施、新科技应用体系等乡村生产力基础体系的建设,有效促进了农村经济的发展;农村基层政权的建立及广大农民的参政议政,彻底改变了旧的农村政治格局;现代精神文明对农村落后文化的改造,造就了新的农村精神风貌;简易社会保障组织体系的建立,使中国农民的生、老、病、死等有了初步的保障。其初步探索为新时期的新农村建设提供了有益的经验。更多还原

【Abstract】 Back in the 1950s,the first Party-leading group fruitfully probed about constructing the new socialist countryside.The basic systems of rural productivity,such as rural economic systems,organizational systems,infrastructure and the application system of new technology,effectively promoted the development of rural economy;Building grassroots political power in the rural areas and farmers’participating politics thoroughly changed the old rural political structure;modern spiritual civilization transformed the old rural culture,and created a new spiritual style;the building of simple social security system initially protected farmers from birth,old age,sickness and death.Their initial explorations provide a useful experience.更多还原
